Farewell, my friend, you were my best
The one who stood by me through every test
We laughed, we cried, we loved, we fought
But in the end, our bond was wrought

Your absence leaves an emptiness inside
A void that nothing can ever fill or hide
I’ll miss your smile, your warmth, your care
And the memories that we used to share

But as you go, take with you my heart
And know that we shall never be apart
For even though I won’t see you anymore
You’ll always be a part of me, forevermore.
